ACI Worldwide has acquired Payment Components, a Greece-founded fintech provider of AI-driven financial messaging, open banking and A2A payments software, to expand the capabilities of its ACI Connetic payments platform. The acquisition — terms not disclosed and not expected to be materially financial — will integrate Payment Components' technology, IP and team to accelerate payments orchestration, messaging and AI capabilities for banks and financial institutions.
