Acrisure has acquired Volante Global, a London-headquartered, multi-class international Managing General Agent (MGA) that includes brands such as Aesir Space and Horizon Europe AG. The deal (terms not disclosed) brings Volante's specialty underwriting capabilities, Lloyd’s syndicate alignment and international presence into Acrisure’s growing MGA strategy; prior majority investor was Nephila Holdings Ltd. (a subsidiary of Markel Corporation).

Acrisure has acquired the Managing General Agency (MGA) and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations of SUNZ Insurance, including Next Level Administrators, Watchpoint, Ascential Care Partners, Avalon and Accelevant Premium Audit. The deal expands Acrisure's underwriting, claims and distribution capabilities in workers' compensation and PEO-focused insurance, and will be integrated with Acrisure's AI and distribution platform. Acrisure Acquires Appalachian Underwriters

Acrisure has acquired Appalachian Underwriters, a national Managing General Agency (MGA) and third‑party administrator (TPA) that places more than $400 million in gross written premium across Workers' Compensation, Commercial Specialty, Personal Lines and wholesale distribution. Acrisure said the deal will broaden its technology platforms by integrating Appalachian's claims and underwriting dataset into its data and AI strategy and expand its distribution capabilities. Terms were not disclosed.

Vantage Group Acquires Admitted Carrier Vantage Risk Assurance Company

Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. has closed the purchase of an admitted-lines carrier, Vantage Risk Assurance Company (formerly Heritage Casualty Insurance Company), from Union Fidelity Life Insurance Company. Concurrently, funds managed by Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman committed up to an additional $200 million to support Vantage’s continued growth and to expand capabilities in its U.S. insurance platform.
