Addtronics, a mission-driven holding company backed by Kaho Partners, has acquired Missouri Tooling & Automation (MTA), a custom robotic automation systems provider based in Lebanon, Missouri. The deal is the second add-on for the Addtronics platform and is intended to expand Addtronics' capabilities, end-market coverage, and geographic footprint in industrial automation.
