Adobe has completed its acquisition of Frame.io, a cloud-based video collaboration and review/approval platform. The deal combines Adobe Creative Cloud’s video editing tools with Frame.io’s cloud-native collaboration workflows to create an end-to-end video platform within Creative Cloud.

Adobe and Semrush Holdings entered into a definitive agreement under which Adobe will acquire Semrush in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.9 billion (=$12.00 per share). The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, including Semrush stockholder approval.

Figma Acquires Weavy to Launch Figma Weave
