Adobe to Acquire Semrush

Adobe and Semrush Holdings entered into a definitive agreement under which Adobe will acquire Semrush in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.9 billion (=$12.00 per share). The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, including Semrush stockholder approval.
