ADS Services, a Black Bay Energy Capital portfolio company, has acquired the PowerChokes business unit from Expro Americas LLC. The deal expands ADS' geographic footprint, technology portfolio and asset base, enhancing its managed pressure drilling (MPD) and pressure-control offerings for onshore, offshore and international drilling markets.
