Advent International and BCI Complete Acquisition of Maxar Technologies

Advent International, together with minority investor British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), completed the acquisition of Maxar Technologies. The deal was announced in December 2022 as an all-cash transaction valuing Maxar at approximately $6.4 billion ($53.00 per share) and has now closed, taking Maxar private and ending its stock exchange listings.

Analog Devices, Inc. will acquire Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. in an all-stock transaction that values the combined enterprise at more than $68 billion. Maxim stockholders will receive 0.630 shares of ADI for each Maxim share, leaving ADI shareholders with ~69% and Maxim shareholders with ~31% of the combined company; the deal is intended to strengthen ADI's analog semiconductor leadership and deliver cost synergies.
