ADVERO Properties Launches Tender Offer for VBARE Iberian Properties (VBARE)

ADVERO Properties SOCIMI, S.A. launched a public takeover bid to purchase 100% of VBARE Iberian Properties SOCIMI, S.A. for €8.31 per share. The offer totals about €30 million and is structured as a mixed payment: €6.56 per share in cash and €1.75 per share in ADVERO shares, conditioned on achieving at least 51% acceptance.
