Mill Point Capital Acquires FEMSA's Imbera and Torrey Businesses to Form AeriTek Global LLC

An affiliate of Mill Point Capital LLC has completed the acquisition of the commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment businesses of FEMSA (doing business as Imbera and Torrey) in a cross‑border corporate carve‑out, establishing AeriTek Global LLC as a standalone platform. The transaction unites the Imbera and Torrey brands under Mill Point's ownership to support product innovation, sustainability initiatives and expanded aftermarket services from the company's Kennesaw, Georgia headquarters.

Enjet Aero Acquires Enginetics Business from Standex International

Kansas City-based Enjet Aero has acquired Enginetics, a Dayton, Ohio precision components manufacturer, from Standex International Corporation. The acquisition adds Enginetics' metal forming, brazing, heat-treating and laser-drilling capabilities to Enjet's portfolio, expanding its engine-component manufacturing capabilities and customer reach in commercial and military aerospace.

Standex International Acquires McStarlite Co.

Standex International Corporation has acquired McStarlite Co., a Harbor City, California-based maker of complex sheet metal aerospace components, for approximately $56.5 million in cash. McStarlite will be reported in Standex's Engineering Technologies Group and the acquisition is intended to expand Standex's forming capabilities and provide cross-selling and technical-exchange opportunities with its Spincraft business.

Fox Innovation & Technologies Acquires Cotter Holdings Group

Fox Innovation & Technologies (a PE-backed platform backed by Bluewater) has acquired Cotter Holdings Group, including S.T. Cotter Turbine Services, Axis Mechanical Group and Axis Industrial Repair, to add field project execution capabilities to its turbomachinery platform. The deal brings the combined Fox platform to over $100 million in proforma LTM revenue and adds ~500 peak-capacity field personnel to expand service coverage across the United States; terms were not disclosed.

StandardAero Acquires Aero Turbine Inc.

The acquisition strengthens StandardAero's military engine and component repair capabilities and adds a fully integrated 60,000+ sq. ft. Stockton facility and nearly 200 technicians to its network.

Aeromed Group Acquires NorcaTec LLC
