Far UV Technologies Acquires AeroMed Technologies

Far UV Technologies, a Kansas City–based provider of far-UVC whole-room disinfection solutions, has acquired AeroMed Technologies, LLC of Utica, New York, a long-standing maker of upper-room germicidal UV fixtures and HEPA filtration healthcare solutions. The deal combines Far UV's far-UVC innovations and IP with AeroMed's commissioning, HEPA products and customer footprint to expand product capabilities and market reach in healthcare, government and commercial end markets.

SK AeroSafety Group (LLCP Portfolio Company) Acquires Fire-Tec Aero Systems

SK AeroSafety Group, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, has acquired Fire-Tec Aero Systems LLC, a Phoenix-based MRO specialist in aircraft fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles and emergency power equipment that serves over 350 customers. The deal expands SK's specialist fire safety capabilities and accelerates its growth and presence in the U.S. market; Fire-Tec's management will remain in place.

The acquisition strengthens Aeromed's West Coast presence and expands its distribution capabilities for OEMs, MROs and defense contractors.

Oshkosh Corporation Acquires AeroTech Business from JBT Corporation for $800 million

Oshkosh Corporation agreed to acquire the AeroTech business from JBT Corporation in an $800 million all-cash transaction (approximately $720 million net of expected tax benefits). The acquisition expands Oshkosh into the air transportation support market, adds recurring aftermarket revenue and technology capabilities (electrification, autonomy, connectivity), and is expected to be accretive to earnings and deliver synergies of roughly $20 million run-rate by year three.

Quasar Medical Acquires Nordson MEDICAL Design & Development Businesses in Galway and Tecate
