AFM Capital Partners Acquires Pro Products, Inc.

ERA Industries Acquires i3DMFG

The deal is an add-on to ERA’s PE-backed platform (supported by L Squared Capital Partners) to expand the platform’s metal additive manufacturing and production parts capabilities for aerospace, defense and medical end markets.

ADDMAN Engineering Acquires 3rd Dimension Industrial 3D Printing

ADDMAN Engineering, a metal additive manufacturing platform backed by American Industrial Partners, has acquired 3rd Dimension Industrial Printing of Westfield, Indiana. The deal adds metal additive and CNC capabilities to ADDMAN’s operations, creating a second AM location complementing its Bonita Springs, Florida headquarters and expanding capability for aerospace, racing and consumer goods customers.
