Agellus Capital has combined Texas-based FirePro Tech LLC, Texas-based Chase Fire, and California-based AAA Fire Protection Services to form Bluejack Fire & Life Safety, a national fire and life safety services platform headquartered in Houston, Texas. The deal brings together inspection, testing, repair, maintenance and fire-extinguisher/kitchen-suppression capabilities under a single platform as Agellus pursues a roll-up strategy in essential services.
