Horizon Capital-backed Agilico has acquired United Carlton, a customer-focused reseller of managed print services with offices in Gateshead, York and Warrington. The deal strengthens Agilico's presence in northern England and creates a combined group of roughly 250 employees serving about 4,500 customers.
