Alytic AS, a portfolio company established by Arendals Fossekompani ASA, has acquired a 60% majority stake in Greenfact AS, a European green-energy data and analytics company with an ongoing SaaS business. The remaining 40% is held by Arctic Securities AS and Cleanworld AS; Alytic plans to scale Greenfact’s technology platform, expand product offerings and grow its footprint in the renewables and sustainability data market.

Ace Green Recycling to Become a Public Company via Business Combination with Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II

The combination creates a large-scale European provider of circular-economy solutions by pairing DSD's packaging-licensing and mechanical-recycling capabilities (and planned chemical recycling) with Circular Resources' recycled-plastics offering to secure a stable inflow of raw materials.

Cinven Acquires Majority Stake in BioAgilytix; Cobepa Reinvests

International private equity firm Cinven has agreed to acquire a majority stake in BioAgilytix through a recapitalization, with current investor Cobepa remaining a significant minority investor. GHO Capital has realised its investment and will exit; the transaction will provide funding to support BioAgilytix’s international expansion, capacity and capability investments, and buy-and-build strategy in large-molecule bioanalytical services. BioAgilytix is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina and employs about 870 staff across the United States, Europe and Australia.

Goldman Sachs Acquires GreenSky
