AGNORA Ltd., a Collingwood, Ontario-based architectural glass fabricator owned by Kensington Capital Partners, has acquired West Coast Glass Products (WCP), a premium architectural glass fabricator headquartered in Cerritos, California. The deal adds WCP's insulated and custom glass capabilities to AGNORA's oversized fabrication platform, expanding the combined company's product offering and North American service footprint.
