Residential Home Health, an affiliate of Graham Healthcare Group, acquired Covenant Home Health of Havertown, Pennsylvania, to expand its eastern Pennsylvania footprint, including Philadelphia and Delaware counties. The companies said Covenant Home Health employees will be retained and patient services will continue without interruption.

Advanced Hospice Management (AHM), majority-owned by Perkin Industries, has acquired Healthcare Management and Billing Service, LLC (HCMBS). Delaine Henry (a nationally recognized hospice and home health billing expert) will become an owner and CEO of the combined business, which will be renamed Advanced Revenue Cycle Management (ARCM) to expand hospice, palliative and home health revenue cycle management capabilities across the United States.
