Aiglon Capital Acquires J. W. Faircloth & Son (Faircloth Skimmer)

Aiglon Capital has acquired J. W. Faircloth & Son, Inc. (Faircloth), the Hillsborough, North Carolina–based designer, manufacturer and distributor of surface drains and sediment-control skimmers for the construction industry. Aiglon said it will support Faircloth's product development and entry into new product categories and may pursue select add-on acquisitions to grow the business.
