Airship Acquires Gummicube

Airship has acquired Gummicube, a leading App Store Optimization (ASO) platform, to integrate ASO capabilities into Airship's App Experience Platform (AXP). The deal is supported by debt financing from Accel-KKR Credit Partners and Wells Fargo Capital Finance; all ~80 Gummicube employees joined Airship and Gummicube's co-founders joined as VPs/co-general managers of the new division.
