The acquisition expands Airxcel’s specialty HVAC platform by adding CAPS’ manufacturing, installation and service capabilities while preserving the CAPS brand and management team.

Valcourt Group Acquires Clearview Building Services

AirX Climate Solutions Acquires Northern Air Systems

AirX Climate Solutions, Inc. acquired Northern Air Systems, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of specialized, mission-critical packaged HVAC systems. The acquisition is intended to strengthen AirX’s leadership in mission-critical HVAC by adding Northern Air’s engineering capabilities and global presence across demanding verticals. Tim Confer will transition to a Strategic Advisor role at AirX, while Will Rausch will lead Northern Air as General Manager.
