AirX Climate Solutions, Inc. acquired Northern Air Systems, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of specialized, mission-critical packaged HVAC systems. The acquisition is intended to strengthen AirX’s leadership in mission-critical HVAC by adding Northern Air’s engineering capabilities and global presence across demanding verticals. Tim Confer will transition to a Strategic Advisor role at AirX, while Will Rausch will lead Northern Air as General Manager.

Airxcel, Inc. Acquires Cleer Vision Windows, Inc.

Airxcel, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Cleer Vision Windows, Inc., an Elkhart, Indiana-based manufacturer of RV and specialty-vehicle windows and tempered glass. The purchase expands Airxcel’s product and manufacturing capabilities within the recreational vehicle and specialty vehicle markets and will preserve the Cleer Vision brand and management team under Airxcel’s portfolio.

Airxcel, a Wichita-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty HVAC products for the RV and specialty HVAC markets, has acquired Custom Air Products & Services (CAPS), a Houston-based manufacturer and service provider of custom HVAC equipment. The acquisition expands Airxcel’s specialty HVAC platform by adding CAPS’ manufacturing, installation and service capabilities while preserving the CAPS brand and management team.

THOR Industries Acquires Airxcel RV Group from L Catterton-Backed Airxcel

L Catterton-backed Airxcel sold its RV Group to THOR Industries for an all-cash purchase price of $750 million. The transaction separates Airxcel's RV business (transferred to THOR) from its specialty HVAC business, which will remain supported by L Catterton as AirX Climate Solutions.

Eureka Equity Partners Acquires Synergi, LLC

Eureka Equity Partners has acquired Synergi, LLC, a leading engineering and construction firm that designs, fabricates and installs modular feature staircases, in a transaction executed in partnership with Synergi's senior management. Lafayette Square provided the debt financing to support the acquisition and BDO Capital served as Synergi's exclusive financial advisor; management will remain in place to continue growing the business from its Elkridge, Maryland headquarters.
