Akeso Occupational Health (Akeso Medical Holdings) has acquired Industrial Medical Group (IMG) of Santa Maria, California, expanding Akeso’s occupational medicine clinic footprint in the state. The transaction adds IMG’s occupational health capabilities and client roster (agriculture, industrial and aerospace) to Akeso’s growing platform, increasing its California coverage to eight clinics.
