Nordic Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Zafin

Nordic Capital has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share in Zafin, a SaaS provider of core modernization and transformation solutions for financial institutions. The investment is being made in partnership with Zafin’s founders and management, who will reinvest alongside Nordic Capital, with completion expected in Q1 2024 subject to customary closing conditions.
