Compliancy Group, a healthcare compliance SaaS provider, closed a $75 million growth investment from Aldrich Capital Partners. The capital will fund expansion of its compliance coach team, accelerate product and regulatory/security capabilities for its Guard platform, and support strategic acquisitions and business development to deepen its leadership in healthcare regulatory compliance.
