Alera Group, a national insurance and wealth services firm, has acquired NPC Benefits, an Atlanta-based specialty insurance consulting firm focused on personal income and supplemental disability insurance. The NPC Benefits team will remain in place and continue serving clients; financial terms were not disclosed.
