Alera Group, a national insurance and wealth services firm headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois, has acquired Wilson, Washburn & Forster Insurance, a Miami-based property and casualty insurance agency founded in 1961. The small regional agency will continue serving clients under its existing team; terms were not disclosed.
