Alerce, an Oakley Capital-backed transport & logistics software platform, has acquired WeMob, a Spain-based provider of fleet management and telematics SaaS solutions. The bolt-on deal expands Alerce's product suite with vehicle monitoring, diagnostics and driver-activity telemetry to enable cross-selling, improve customer service and support regulatory/ESG reporting.
