Alfar Capital Partners Invests in 1-800-Radiator & A/C (Canada) to Build a National Distribution Platform

Alfar Capital announced a strategic partnership with 1-800-Radiator & A/C (Canada) to build a national aftermarket distribution platform for heat exchangers, air conditioning, emissions, and rotating electrical parts for light- and heavy-duty vehicles. The investment is completed through Alfar Capital Partners II, L.P. (Fund II), and targets growth to 20-plus locations across Canada by FY30 as the founders continue operating the business.
