Alinda Capital Partners acquired Big Truck Rental (BTR), a Tampa-based provider of rental refuse trucks, from the company's founders and Trivest Partners, with participation from existing and new management investors. BTR, founded in 2002, operates a large fleet (approximately 600 trucks) serving over 350 public and private waste service customers across the United States and Canada; William Blair served as financial advisor to the sellers.
