All-State Industries Acquires substantially all assets of dB Engineering

All-State Industries, a Blue Sage Capital-backed provider of nonmetallic components, acquired substantially all of the assets of dB Engineering, a Mansfield, Texas-based manufacturer of thermal, acoustic and vibration isolation components. The add-on expands All-State's thermal and vibration insulation capabilities across its OEM end markets and is intended to drive cross-selling and further platform growth.
