All4Labels Acquires First Impression Labels from Hirt and Carter Group

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has agreed to acquire First Impression Labels (a subsidiary of the Hirt and Carter Group) to expand its label manufacturing footprint in South Africa. The deal adds First Impression's Durban operations and ~350 employees to All4Labels' South African presence, complementing its existing Cape Town facility; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
