AllClear Underground Solutions, LLC completed its acquisition of Engineered Spray Solutions (ESS), a spray-applied infrastructure rehabilitation and coatings provider focused on water, wastewater, and chemical containment systems. AllClear said the deal expands its Southeastern U.S. inflow and infiltration prevention capabilities, geographic reach, and service offerings.
