Allied Industrial Partners-Backed Mat Tech Industrial Services Acquires Hook Set Transportation

Mat Tech Industrial Services, backed by Allied Industrial Partners, acquired Hook Set Transportation to expand Mat Tech’s industrial hauling and transportation footprint across the Houston–Beaumont Gulf Coast corridor. The deal increases fleet capacity and dispatch capabilities and strengthens Mat Tech’s integrated waste management, environmental services, and industrial support offering for refinery and petrochemical customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
