Allurity Acquires Infigo IS

Allurity, a European cybersecurity services group, announced its acquisition of Croatian cybersecurity company Infigo IS. Infigo, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Zagreb, employs around 100 professionals and specializes in offensive and defensive security, consulting, and managed services. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and merger control clearances, with the stated goal of strengthening Allurity’s Southern Europe footprint and expanding its cybersecurity capabilities.
