Ally Services (backed by Watchtower Capital) completed three add-on acquisitions in 2025: J Hood Services (Manassas, VA), Tri-County Aire (Charlotte Hall, MD), and Above & Beyond (Laurel, DE). The deals expand Ally’s residential HVAC platform across Virginia and adjacent markets while preserving each acquired business’s local brand and employee base.
