Allyant Acquires Braille Works

Allyant, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, acquired Braille Works, a provider of accessible alternative-format communications including braille, large print, audio, and accessible PDFs. The acquisition adds complementary accessibility services to Allyant’s platform and is intended to expand offerings and create value for customers and employees.
