Amphenol Acquires Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CIT) Business From Carlisle

Amphenol Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CIT) business from Carlisle Companies Incorporated for $2.025 billion in cash, subject to customary post-closing adjustments. The acquisition will expand Amphenol’s harsh-environment interconnect and sensor offerings for commercial air, defense, and industrial end markets, and is expected to close by the end of Q2 2024 pending regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
