Carlisle Companies Acquires MicroConnex Corporation

Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) has acquired MicroConnex Corporation, a Snoqualmie, Washington-based manufacturer of high-density interconnect solutions, and will integrate the business into its Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CIT) operating segment. Cleary Gull acted as exclusive financial advisor to MicroConnex. The acquisition expands Carlisle's advanced manufacturing capabilities—including flexible printed circuits and laser micromachined components—to better serve medical device, sensor, and test & measurement OEM markets.

Amphenol Acquires CommScope Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) Business

Amphenol Corporation agreed to acquire CommScope’s Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) business for $10.5 billion in cash, expanding Amphenol’s fiber optic interconnect capabilities for IT datacom, communications networks, and building infrastructure connectivity. The deal added roughly 15,000 CCS employees at signing and Amphenol later announced the acquisition closed in January 2026.

Amphenol Corporation Acquires MTS Systems Corporation

Amphenol Corporation completed its acquisition of MTS Systems Corporation for $58.50 per share (approximately $1.7 billion including assumed debt). Amphenol said the deal expands its sensor and sensor-based product portfolio (MTS Sensors expected to add ~ $350 million in sales in the first twelve months) and plans to sell MTS's Test & Simulation business to Illinois Tool Works for $750 million subject to regulatory approvals.

PCTEL shareholders will receive $7.00 per share, and the deal is expected to close in Q4 2023 or early 2024, subject to stockholder approval and customary closing conditions.

Amphenol Corporation Acquires Halo Technology Limited

Halo, headquartered in Tustin, California, is a manufacturer of active and passive fiber optic interconnect components serving IT and data communications, mobile networks and broadband markets, with expected 2021 sales of roughly $250 million.
