Amphenol Acquires PCTEL for About $139.7 Million

PCTEL, a provider of wireless technology solutions, announced it reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by Amphenol Corporation in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $139.7 million. PCTEL shareholders will receive $7.00 per share, and the deal is expected to close in Q4 2023 or early 2024, subject to stockholder approval and customary closing conditions.
