Ancient Harvest Acquires Pamela's

Ancient Harvest (part of Quinoa Corporation and backed by Encore Consumer Capital) has completed the acquisition of the Pamela's brand, joining two heritage gluten-free companies. The deal more than doubles the business under Quinoa Corporation's management, expands retail footprint and combines formulation expertise and supplier networks to drive new product development and manufacturing scale.
