The Vistria Group Acquires Professional Health Care Network (PHCN) from Serent Capital

The Vistria Group has made a majority investment in Professional Health Care Network (PHCN), acquiring the Phoenix-based home health care management services platform from Serent Capital. PHCN partners with health plans and providers across the western U.S. to expand access to home-based clinical care (supporting over 950,000 lives); Vistria said the investment will help scale PHCN's network, accelerate value-based care initiatives, and expand home health capabilities.

The Vistria Group Acquires BioCare, Inc.

The Vistria Group has acquired BioCare, Inc., a Tempe-based specialty pharmaceutical distributor, specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical logistics provider. The deal is Vistria’s first investment from its $2.68 billion Fund IV and aims to support BioCare’s growth — both organically and via acquisitions — to expand access to therapies for rare and orphan diseases.

Vistria Group Acquires Mission Healthcare from HCAP Partners

GoodRx (Nasdaq: GDRX) completed its previously announced acquisition of vitaCare, a tech-enabled pharmacy services platform, for $150 million in cash plus up to $7 million in performance-contingent consideration. The deal expands GoodRx’s Pharma Manufacturer Solutions capabilities by strengthening support for brand medication access and patient adherence from prescribing through pharmacy refills.
