Ankura has signed a definitive agreement to acquire c3/consulting, a Nashville-based management consulting firm led by founder Beth R. Chase. The acquisition augments Ankura's strategy and operational consulting capabilities, expands its national footprint, and integrates c3's nearly 120 consultants into Ankura's platform of over 575 professionals.
