Antin Infrastructure Partners agreed to invest in and ultimately completed the acquisitions of Empire Access and North Penn Telephone (“Empire”), leading fiber-to-the-premise/broadband providers in New York and Pennsylvania. Empire’s network serves tens of thousands of customers across Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania, and the Wagner family retained an ownership stake post-transaction.

AXA IM Alts (acting on behalf of clients) and Swiss Life Asset Managers have formed a joint venture to acquire Spanish wholesale fibre operator lyntia Networks from Antin Infrastructure Partners. Antin will retain and continue to operate the lyntia Access FTTH business; the deal (subject to regulatory approvals) adds a nationwide neutral lit and dark fibre network of over 43,000 km to the buyers' digital infrastructure portfolios.
