Antin Infrastructure Partners has agreed to acquire NorthC Datacenters, a European enterprise colocation data centre platform, from DWS and other minority shareholders. The transaction will be executed through Antin’s Flagship Fund V and is expected to close in H1 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
