Antin Infrastructure Partners to acquire Consilium Safety Group from Nordic Capital

A wholly owned affiliate of Antin Infrastructure Partners' Flagship Fund V has agreed to acquire Consilium Safety Group from Nordic Capital, subject to regulatory approvals. Consilium Safety, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a global provider of fire, flame and gas detection systems and maintenance services across marine, energy, transport and building sectors; Antin intends to support further expansion of the company's offerings and global presence.
