Accenture has acquired ON Service GROUP, a Germany-based provider of insurance business process services with offices in Siegburg, Hamburg and Munich and more than 200 professionals. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Accenture Operations' insurance capabilities in Germany across sales and broker support, policy administration, customer support and process transformation.

Aon to Acquire Griffiths & Armour

Marsh McLennan to Acquire McGriff Insurance Services in $7.75 Billion Deal

Marsh McLennan announced it has reached an agreement to acquire McGriff Insurance Services, an affiliate of TIH, through its Marsh McLennan Agency business. The all-cash deal values McGriff at $7.75 billion and is expected to close by year-end, subject to regulatory approvals. Marsh McLennan later completed the acquisition, with McGriff’s 3,500+ employees joining Marsh McLennan Agency.
