Apax to Acquire Majority Stake in Vitaprotech

Apax has signed an exclusivity agreement with Eurazeo to acquire a majority stake in Vitaprotech, a French provider of premium electronic security solutions for sensitive sites. The transaction is subject to applicable regulatory approvals, and the parties expect to use Apax’s support to accelerate Vitaprotech’s international development and buy-and-build strategy.
