Apex Group Acquires Pacific Fund Systems from Pollen Street

Apex Group has acquired Pacific Fund Systems (PFS), the provider of the PFS‑PAXUS fund accounting and administration platform, from Pollen Street Capital. The deal represents Pollen Street’s first exit from its flagship Fund IV and gives Apex additional technology and fund administration capabilities to enhance its global services offering.
