Apple Acquires Image Editing Company Pixelmator

Apple announced it is buying Lithuania-based Pixelmator, a developer of image editing apps for Mac and iOS. The deal is subject to regulatory approval, and Pixelmator stated its Pixelmator Pro, Pixelmator for iOS, and Photomator apps will not face any material changes at this time.
