Aptean has acquired Affinitus Group, a UK-based provider of cloud-based ERP solutions for the fresh produce, food and horticulture sectors. The deal adds Affinitus's Freshware ERP and Agrilogik farming/harvest management capabilities to Aptean's industry-specific software portfolio, strengthening its food & beverage and produce-related offerings in the UK and Europe.
