Aptean Acquires SSG Insight

Aptean, a global provider of industry-specific ERP and EAM software, has acquired SSG Insight, a Wakefield, UK–based provider of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and CMMS solutions. The deal expands Aptean’s EAM geographic footprint and bolsters its cloud-based EAM capabilities for manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, healthcare facilities and other asset-intensive industries.
