Nippon Express Acquires MD Logistics and MD Express (U.S.)

Nippon Express Co., Ltd., via its U.S. subsidiary Nippon Express USA, Inc., completed the acquisition of all equity interests in MD Logistics, LLC and MD Express, LLC, making the businesses subsidiaries. MD Logistics is a U.S.-based third-party logistics provider (founded 1996) specializing in pharmaceutical cold-chain warehousing and distribution, with multiple facilities in Indiana and a site in Reno, Nevada and reported roughly $51M revenue for 2019.

UPS to Acquire Mexican Express Delivery Company Estafeta

UPS announced it has agreed to buy Estafeta, a leading Mexican express delivery company, as part of its Better and Bolder strategy to expand premium international small-package and logistics services. U.S. MultiModal Group (ARC) Acquires Larry's Cartage
