Aramex Acquires MyUS (Access USA Shipping) for $265M

Dubai-listed Aramex PJSC has completed an all-cash acquisition of Access USA Shipping, LLC (MyUS) for approximately $265 million. MyUS will be integrated into Aramex's courier business to strengthen cross-border e-commerce capabilities, increase shipment volumes and expand geographic coverage.
